The Effect of Diamond Passing and Triangle Passing Training Methods on the Accuracy of Passing U-12 Soccer Players at SSB Pemeo FC

Abstract

The purpose of this study were 1) to determine whether there is an effect of the diamond passing training method on the accuracy of soccer passing in U-12 players at SSB Pemeo FC. 2) want to know if there is an effect of the triangle passing training method on the accuracy of soccer passing on U-12 players at SSB Pemeo FC. 3) want to know which training method gives a better influence between diamond passing and triangle passing on the accuracy of soccer passing on U-12 players at SSB Pemeo FC. The research method used is the experimental method. This research was conducted at SSB Pemeo FC, while the population of this study were U-12 soccer players totaling 20 people. For sampling techniques and the number of samples used saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 20 people. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the significance value of the initial and final tests of group A (passing triangle) is 0.000, this value is smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a difference in the average accuracy of passing in U-12 soccer players at SSB Pemeo FC. As for the significance value of the initial and final tests of group B (diamond passing) of 0.109, the value is greater than 0.05. Which means there is no difference in the average accuracy of passing on U-12 soccer players at SSB Pemeo FC.
